At NBN23 we strive to provide high quality services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the rights and procedures for requesting a refund.

This Return and Refund Policy is applicable both to the purchase of NBN23 software applications made through the website, as well as for those purchases of products that may be made from the On-line Store.

2. Cancellation of subscriptions to NBN23 applications.

2.1. Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the Site. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

2.2. No Refunds for Cancellations: Cancellations are not eligible for refunds for unused subscription periods unless made within the withdrawal period.

3.- Exchange, cancellation and return of orders of products purchased in the on-line store.

3.1.- Change.

The Customer may change an order if it has not been shipped. For the change, it must be notified as soon as possible through the e-mail address support@nbn23.com with indication of the desired changes.

3.2.- Cancellation.

Orders may be cancelled, in whole or in part, up to 48 hours after downloading the application. For any order cancellation, you must notify us as soon as possible by e-mail to support@nbn23.com.

If the cancellation is made within 48 hours, no penalty will be applied to the Customer. In the event that the cancellation is made after the agreed 48 hours for receipt or there has been a use of the application by the Customer during that period of time, the customer may not cancel the order.

3.3.- Return of orders.

Orders may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase; to do so, the Customer must contact NBN23 by e-mail at support@nbn23.com.

  • No refund is allowed in the case of supply of computer applications when the user has made an active use of them, being aware that this active use entails the loss of their right to withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the Revised Text of Consumers and Users.

4.- Reimbursement. Reimbursement Period

4.1. Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 calendar days from the date of subscription without justification, provided that no active use has been made of the application.

4.2. Refunds after the Withdrawal Period: We do not offer refunds for subscriptions after the withdrawal period, except in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Billing errors.
  • Inability of the service to function as described.

Withdrawal Form

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen calendar days without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.

We expressly inform you that the request for withdrawal from the supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium will not be admitted when the performance has begun and if the contract imposes an obligation of payment on the user, when the following conditions are met:

1st – The User has given prior consent to the use of the NBN23 application within the initial 14 days.

2º.- The User has expressed his knowledge that, with the active use of the NBN23 application, he loses his right of withdrawal.
