When using the virtual POS system for card payment, you will be redirected to a page controlled by the bank to process the payment via its payment gateway. We therefore inform you that the Bank’s virtual POS integrates the functionality of secure electronic commerce (CES) to provide the purchase process with a high level of security and payment protection. During the electronic payment transaction, the Bank collects connection and IP address information, device information, email address, cell phone number, navigation data and transaction data, as well as other accessible online connection and channel data required by VISA Secure / Mastercard Identity Check security protocols to detect and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent payment transactions.

3. invoicing process

3.1. Recurring invoicing:

Subscriptions are billed regularly according to the selected plan (monthly, yearly, etc.). Billing takes place at the beginning of each subscription period.

3.2. Invoice date:

The invoice date is the date on which your initial purchase is completed. If this date does not exist in subsequent months, the invoice will be issued on the last day of the month in question.

3.3. Confirmation of payment:

After each payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the transaction and invoice details. We recommend that you keep this e-mail for future reference.

4. extension and termination

4.1. Automatic renewal:

Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Upon renewal, you will be charged the subscription price applicable at that time.

The customer can deactivate automatic renewal in their customer area.

4.2. Subscription cancellation:

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account on the website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds will be given for partially used subscription periods.

5. price changes

5.1. Change notification:

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will notify you at least 30 days before a price change comes into effect. The new prices will apply to the next billing cycle after notification.

5.2. Acceptance of changes:

If you do not agree to the price change, you can cancel your subscription before the change comes into effect. Your continued use of the services after the price change comes into effect shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the new price.
